1. All strength, all healing of
every nature is the changing of the vibrations from within. The
attaining of the divine within the living tissue of a body to
creative energies. This alone is healing.
2. To be sure attitudes often influence the physical conditions
of the body. No one can hate his neighbor and not have stomach or
liver trouble. No one can be jealous and allow the anger of same
and not
have upset digestion or heart disorder.
3. Quiet meditation will bring strength. Meditate in silence as
the body does.
4. The mind: that is the builder, that which the body-mind feeds
upon, that it gratification becomes.
5. The body must not lose courage to carry on, but working in
patience know that all healing, all help must arise from
constructive thinking, constructive application and most of all
and first of all constructive spiritual inspiration. Key: Use
(body) disturbances as stepping stones toward higher, better, and
greater understanding.
6. What we think and what we eat is combined together making what
we are physically and mentally.
7. It is necessary that everybody take exercise to counter act
the daily routine activity so as to produce rest.
8. Peanut oil messages supply energies to the body. This
overcomes arthritis and rheumatism.
9. Oil is one of the most effective agents for stimulating
muscular activity.
10. Those who eat two/three almonds each day need never fear
cancer.
11. Take three apples only for three days and then olive oil, and
you will cleanse all toxic forces from your system. No matter who
you are, everyone should take an internal bath occasionally to
feel better off.
12. The greatest danger to the health of the American people is
obesity. The longer the belt the shorter the life.
13. If we would have life, give it. If we would have love, make
ourselves lovely. If we would have beauty within our lives, make
our lives beautiful. If we would have beauty in body or mind, or
soul aerate that atmosphere and that which brings about life
itself will bring those (some) forces (into the experience).
14. Longevity - Remember the body does gradually renew itself
constantly. Do not look upon the conditions which have existed
(illness) as not being able to be eradicated from the system.
15. Drink six to eight glasses of water to purity the body.
