Thank you for worshipping with us. Because of your support, both by your prayers and financially, we're able to continue these Praise Liturgies.
The Prayer & Praise Ministry of Holy Family Parish, which sponsors these Praise Liturgies as well as weekly Prayer Meetings, weekly leadership meetings, seminars, etc., is coordinated by James O'Connell. However, he is not paid by Holy Family, but instead the Pastor of Holy Family Parish encourages your financial support by making your contributions directly to WORD OF LIFE Ministries*. James is a full-time minister of the Gospel and depends on your support for his livelihood.
You may do this by mailing your offering to Word of Life.in the attached envelope or by leaving your donation in the box in the entryway of the church.
The offering taken when the baskets are passed around during this liturgy, however, does not go to Word of Life/James or Linda nor to the Prayer Praise Ministry at Holy Family, but to the church's general fund.
"Give, and it will be given to you, good measure., pressed down, shaken together, and running over will be put into your bosom. For with the same measure that you use, it will be measured back to you." Luke 6:38
Sincerely in Christ,
HOLY FAMILY PRAYER & PRAISE MINISTRY Core Team

What a Mighty and Merciful God we have! Today's Scriptures deal with the great love God has for us how He provides for us, not only for our temporal but also for our spiritual needs. Our response? -- To thankful for everything God brings into our lives and to hunger and thirst after the knowledge of and a relationship with Jesus Christ. So let us present ourselves in thanksgiving to the Lord!
Friday, August 9 7:30 p.m. St. Martin's Church IN SUNNYVALE (See Directions on flyers in back of church). Summer Music Showcase, an evening with Christian Rock Group "Two Or More Gathered", performing in the round "JESUS THE CHRIST", sponsored by St. Martin Youth Ministry.
The Prayer and Praise Ministry is taking off the month of August in an attitude of prayer, seeking God's will through discernment and intercessory prayer. This is a good time to be free from deadlines and schedules and just glory in what God has done for us and will continue to do for Renewal of the Catholic Church. We ask you to continue to support us with your prayers. So NO PRAYER MEETINGS IN AUGUST.
