Let Your Light Shine

Lord, we are Your people.
You give us that love
which can never cease.

Let Your light shine through us.
May this light reach to:

the bewildered
the bereaved
the confined
the confused
the discouraged
the desperate

pointing them all to the
way of Your Eternal Light.

Enkindle our lamps that they
may ever more shine,
upon those whom we encounter.

May they be enlightened
from all forms of darkness
that overwhelm them.

Help us all to love divinely
those whom you have us meet.

We defer this to You, O Lord.
