DUTY: Defined as the task to discover the "Invisible Church." We hope to manage the duty so well that it will lead us to the Invisible Church, unmask it, and reveal it. This Retreat is a Spiritual Journey into the major revelation of truth presented to us by Jesus who is the secret of eternal survival for us all. Your search must be relentless and sincere.

Prayer:
0, gracious Father fill me with Your wisdom that does all things well. Amen!

INVISIBLE CHURCH: Defined as Living Faith in the invisible world, not capable of being seen through the five senses.

The Kingdom of God isn't ushered in with visible signs. You won't be able to say, 'It has begun here in this place or there in that part of the country.' For the Kingdom of God is within you." (Luke 17:30-21)

Accomplishing this retreat means solving all nine duties. One should not take on the next duty until the previous one has been thoroughly understood in its complete importance. Failure to adhere to this sacred instruction is to fall back into one's own will and ways.

Practicum: Read John 3:3-21.

It is highly recommended that you have a companion to direct and share each day while you perform each duty. The duty should be assigned in the morning with a discussion on the wisdom of the duty. In the evening, the Director may facilitate as a listener and mentor to help clarify your difficulty with the particular duty. Remember: A duty a day for a minimum of nine days. This web page has been developed to provide you the duties that must be mastered if one is to understand the living of Christ.

Prayer:
Rescue me from those forces,
which would separate me from you. Amen!
John 3:3-21 Jesus answered, and said to him: Amen, amen I say to thee, unless a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.   Nicodemus saith to him: How can a man be born when he is old? Can he enter a second time into his mother's womb, and be born again? Jesus answered: Amen, amen I say to thee, unless a man be born again of water and the Holy Ghost, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.  That which is born of the flesh, is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit, is spirit.  Wonder not, that I said to thee, you must be born again.  The Spirit breatheth where he will; and thou hearest his voice, but thou knowest not whence he cometh, and whither he goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit. Nicodemus answered, and said to him: How can these things be done?   Jesus answered, and said to him: Art thou a master in Israel, and knowest not these things?  Amen, amen I say to thee, that we speak what we know, and we testify what we have seen, and you receive not our testimony.  If I have spoken to you earthly things, and you believe not; how will you believe, if I shall speak to you heavenly things?  And no man hath ascended into heaven, but he that descended from heaven, the Son of man who is in heaven.  And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the desert, so must the Son of man be lifted up:  That whosoever believeth in him, may not perish; but may have life everlasting.  For God so loved the world, as to give his only begotten Son; that whosoever believeth in him, may not perish, but may have life everlasting.  For God sent not his Son into the world, to judge the world, but that the world may be saved by him.  He that believeth in him is not judged. But he that doth not believe, is already judged: because he believeth not in the name of the only begotten Son of God.  And this is the judgment: because the light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than the light: for their works were evil.  For every one that doth evil hateth the light, and cometh not to the light, that his works may not be reproved.  But he that doth truth, cometh to the light, that his works may be made manifest, because they are done in God.

STAGE ONE

DUTY ONE:
TO SEE AND ACCEPT THE BOUNDARIES OF THE HUMAN MIND AS DANGEROUS. IT SEES APPEARANCES BUT NEVER THE ESSENCE

Practicum: Read Luke 15:13-31.

Reflection:
We must master the experience of living the full life of a human creature in the mortal flesh. Through all of our experiences living in this world of time and space, we must learn to better understand ourselves and the Universal Father's Love. "We walk by faith and not by sight." (II Cor. 5:7)

Prayer:
Lord Jesus Christ, source of the goodness that is victorious over evil, take away the camouflage justifying my existence. Amen!

Luke 15:13-31 And not many days after, the younger son, gathering all together, went abroad into a far country: and there wasted his substance, living riotously.  And after he had spent all, there came a mighty famine in that country; and he began to be in want.  And he went and cleaved to one of the citizens of that country. And he sent him into his farm to feed swine.  And he would fain have filled his belly with the husks the swine did eat; and no man gave unto him.  And returning to himself, he said: How many hired servants in my father's house abound with bread, and I here perish with hunger?  I will arise, and will go to my father, and say to him: Father, I have sinned against heaven, and before thee: I am not worthy to be called thy son: make me as one of thy hired servants.  And rising up he came to his father. And when he was yet a great way off, his father saw him, and was moved with compassion, and running to him fell upon his neck, and kissed him.  And the son said to him: Father, I have sinned against heaven, and before thee, I am not now worthy to be called thy son.  And the father said to his servants: Bring forth quickly the first robe, and put it on him, and put a ring on his hand, and shoes on his feet: And bring hither the fatted calf, and kill it, and let us eat and make merry: Because this my son was dead, and is come to life again: was lost, and is found. And they began to be merry.  Now his elder son was in the field, and when he came and drew nigh to the house, he heard music and dancing: And he called one of the servants, and asked what these things meant.  And he said to him: Thy brother is come, and thy father hath killed the fatted calf, because he hath received him safe.    And he was angry, and would not go in. His father therefore coming out began to entreat him.  And he answering, said to his father: Behold, for so many years do I serve thee, and I have never transgressed thy commandment, and yet thou hast never given me a kid to make merry with my friends:  But as soon as this thy son is come, who hath devoured his substance with harlots, thou hast killed for him the fatted calf.   But he said to him: Son, thou art always with me, and all I have is thine.

STAGE TWO

DUTY TWO: I WILL NOT ACCEPT BOUNDARIES APPEARANCES CANNOT CONTAIN ME. I HAVE ONE LONGING TO SEE WHAT IS HIDDEN BEHIND THE APPEARANCES.

BOUNDARIES: Defined as a working of the human mind that is dangerous because it focuses on appearances but never on the essence.

Practicum: Read Matthew 19:14-30.

Reflection:
  1. What are your boundaries that you will no longer accept?
  2. Contemplate how this will free you?
  3. Reflect the essence behind the appearance of each boundary?
  4. Practice "Giving and Receiving."
Prayer:
Let fear no longer overwhelm my judgment, nor hopelessness lead me into despair. Amen!

Matthew 19:14-30 But Jesus said to them: Suffer the little children, and forbid them not to come to me: for the kingdom of heaven is for such.  And when he had imposed hands upon them, he departed from thence.  And behold one came and said to him: Good master, what good shall I do that I may have life everlasting?  Who said to him: Why asketh thou me concerning good? One is good, God. But if thou wilt enter into life, keep the commandments.  He said to him: Which? And Jesus said: Thou shalt do no murder, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness.  Honour thy father and thy mother: and, Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself. The young man saith to him: All these I have kept from my youth, what is yet wanting to me?  Jesus saith to him: If thou wilt be perfect, go sell what thou hast, and give to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come follow me.  And when the young man had heard this word, he went away sad: for he had great possessions.  Then Jesus said to his disciples: Amen, I say to you, that a rich man shall hardly enter into the kingdom of heaven.  And again I say to you: It is easier for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of heaven.  And when they had heard this, the disciples wondered very much, saying: Who then can be saved?  And Jesus beholding, said to them: With men this is impossible: but with God all things are possible.  Then Peter answering, said to him: Behold we have left all things, and have followed thee: what therefore shall we have?  And Jesus said to them: Amen, I say to you, that you, who have followed me, in the regeneration, when the Son of man shall sit on the seat of his majesty, you also shall sit on twelve seats judging the twelve tribes of Israel.  And every one that hath left house, or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands for my name's sake, shall receive an hundredfold, and shall possess life everlasting.  And many that are first, shall be last: and the last shall be first.

STAGE THREE

DUTY THREE: CONQUER THE GREATEST DIFFICULTY OF ALL: HOPE I DO NOT HOPE FOR ANYTHING, FEAR ANYTHING. I AM FREE. MIND AND MATTER HUNT EACH OTHER LIKE TWO NONEXISTENT, EROTIC PHANTOMS. I WANT NOTHING. I SEEK FREEDOM.

Practicum: Read John 14:23-29.

Reflection:
Seek the truth from Christ. He is the living bridge to God from earth to the heavenly mansions. Hope relates to self, whereas faith and love relate to someone, or others, outside of self. Hope centers on the future while faith rests in the NOW. Hope flows out of fear and insecurity, and is, therefore, a boundary, an appearance. Expectations are based on hope, and mingle with illusion and unreality.

Prayer:
Quiet my heart that I may be attentive to your presence. Amen!   Go to top of page
John 14:23-29 Jesus answered, and said to him: If any one love me, he will keep my word, and my Father will love him, and we will come to him, and will make our abode with him.  He that loveth me not, keepeth not my words. And the word which you have heard, is not mine; but the Father's who sent me.  These things have I spoken to you, abiding with you.   But the Paraclete, the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he will teach you all things, and bring all things to your mind, whatsoever I shall have said to you.  Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, do I give unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, nor let it be afraid.  You have heard that I said to you: I go away, and I come unto you. If you loved me, you would indeed be glad, because I go to the Father: for the Father is greater than I.  And now I have told you before it comes to pass: that when it shall come to pass, you may believe.

STAGE FOUR

DUTY FOUR: CHOOSE THE ASCENDING PATH. WHEN A HABIT BECOMES A CONVENIENCE, SMASH IT! THE GREATEST SIN OF ALL IS SATISFACTION! YES, I AM NOTHING. THE EGO MUST BE CONQUERED!

Practicum: Read Mark 8:34-38.

Reflection:

Habit: Defined from its Latin derivative: "habeo, habere habui, habitus,'' to hold tightly within its grasp, to have, or to dwell in. When an action or attitude is repeated so often it becomes habitual, and evolves into a habit. Practice awareness.
Satisfaction: to be fully satisfied, filled. When satisfaction is the bare-bones of an action, that's all it is in reality, just "bare bones." Ego becomes a boundary, a seeking of satisfaction which becomes a habit. Examine your habits and pleasures that satisfy you. Smash the habits!

Prayer:
Lead me by your own hand through this uncertain maze of life. I am Your warrior ready to act in accordance with Your Will. Amen!         Go to top of page
Mark 8:34-38   And calling the multitude together with his disciples, he said to them: If any man will follow me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me.  For whosoever will save his life, shall lose it: and whosoever shall lose his life for my sake and the gospel, shall save it.  For what shall it profit a man, if he gain the whole world, and suffer the loss of his soul?  Or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?  For he that shall be ashamed of me, and of my words, in this adulterous and sinful generation: the Son of man also will be ashamed of him, when he shall come in the glory of his Father with the holy angels.

STAGE FIVE

DUTY FIVE: PREJUDICE IS A HOSTILE NON-CHRISTIAN PASSING EXPRESSION. PEOPLE MOVE IN GREAT STRETCHES OF TIME. WE ARE ETERNALLY ASCENDING.

Practicum: Read Luke 12:22-40.

Reflection:

Race: It can refer to groups of people: nationality, color, creed, economic status, political persuasion, artists, scientists, musicians, both sexes. All people are continually changing. Their physical appearance, in time and in space, can never remain as it is. Are you prepared for change? To what extent? Recognize this truth, and measure it by your own experiences. Learn from change and impermanence. Practice compassion.

Prayer:
Help us to recognize deceptions which cause temptation and ruin. Direct our lives to win all these battles before they start. Amen!               Go to top of page
Luke 12:22-40   And he said to his disciples: Therefore I say to you, be not solicitous for your life, what you shall eat; nor for your body, what you shall put on.  The life is more than the meat, and the body is more than the raiment.  Consider the ravens, for they sow not, neither do they reap, neither have they storehouse nor barn, and God feedeth them. How much are you more valuable than they?  And which of you, by taking thought, can add to his stature one cubit?  If then ye be not able to do so much as the least thing, why are you solicitous for the rest?  Consider the lilies, how they grow: they labour not, neither do they spin. But I say to you, not even Solomon in all his glory was clothed like one of these.  Now if God clothe in this manner the grass that is to day in the field, and to morrow is cast into the oven; how much more you, O ye of little faith?  And seek not you what you shall eat, or what you shall drink: and be not lifted up on high.  For all these things do the nations of the world seek. But your Father knoweth that you have need of these things.  But seek ye first the kingdom of God and his justice, and all these things shall be added unto you.   Fear not, little flock, for it hath pleased your Father to give you a kingdom.  Sell what you possess and give alms. Make to yourselves bags which grow not old, a treasure in heaven which faileth not: where no thief approacheth, nor moth corrupteth.  For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.  Let your loins be girt, and lamps burning in your hands.  And you yourselves like to men who wait for their lord, when he shall return from the wedding; that when he cometh and knocketh, they may open to him immediately.  Blessed are those servants, whom the Lord when he cometh, shall find watching. Amen I say to you, that he will gird himself, and make them sit down to meat, and passing will minister unto them.  And if he shall come in the second watch, or come in the third watch, and find them so, blessed are those servants.   But this know ye, that if the householder did know at what hour the thief would come, he would surely watch, and would not suffer his house to be broken open.   Be you then also ready: for at what hour you think not, the Son of man will come.

STAGE SIX

DUTY SIX: THE ESSENCE OF OUR GOD-SEARCH IS STRUGGLE. THE PRIMORDIAL SPIRIT BRANCHES OUT, OVERFLOWS, STRUGGLES, FAILS, SUCCEEDS, STRAINS ITSELF. IT IS LIKE THE SHEDDING OF "ROSES TO THE WIND."

Practicum: Read John 4:19-47.

Reflection:
Have you ever wondered why you struggle? What purpose could struggling possibly serve? When we begin to examine the cause behind every struggle, it seemingly stems from the need to grow. The knowledge and the understanding we seek, is that our struggle become easier. It seemingly works this way when growing spiritually. To grow tall spiritually, we must first learn to kneel. Our past experiences contained in our memory become totally our guidepost for growth. No matter how much knowledge we have acquired, we soon discover that even knowledge has to be improved upon, challenged, and increased constantly or it vanishes. Ponder why you struggle. What is the final purpose of this struggle?

Prayer:
Graciously extend Your insight to strengthen my being. Heal me of any pain and restore in me Your Sacred Peace. Amen!                         Go to top of page
John 4:19-47   The woman saith to him: Sir, I perceive that thou art a prophet.  Our fathers adored on this mountain, and you say, that at Jerusalem is the place where men must adore.   Jesus saith to her: Woman, believe me, that the hour cometh, when you shall neither on this mountain, not in Jerusalem, adore the Father.  You adore that which you know not: we adore that which we know; for salvation is of the Jews.  But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true adorers shall adore the Father in spirit and in truth. For the Father also seeketh such to adore him.  God is a spirit; and they that adore him, must adore him in spirit and in truth.  The woman saith to him: I know that the Messias cometh (who is called Christ); therefore, when he is come, he will tell us all things. Jesus saith to her: I am he, who am speaking with thee.   And immediately his disciples came; and they wondered that he talked with the woman. Yet no man said: What seekest thou? or, why talkest thou with her?  The woman therefore left her waterpot, and went her way into the city, and saith to the men there:  Come, and see a man who has told me all things whatsoever I have done. Is not he the Christ?   They went therefore out of the city, and came unto him.  In the mean time the disciples prayed him, saying: Rabbi, eat.  But he said to them: I have meat to eat, which you know not.  The disciples therefore said one to another: Hath any man brought him to eat?  Jesus saith to them: My meat is to do the will of him that sent me, that I may perfect his work.  Do you not say, There are yet four months, and then the harvest cometh? Behold, I say to you, lift up your eyes, and see the countries; for they are white already to harvest.  And he that reapeth receiveth wages, and gathereth fruit unto life everlasting: that both he that soweth, and he that reapeth, may rejoice together.  For in this is the saying true: That it is one man that soweth, and it is another that reapeth.  I have sent you to reap that in which you did not labour: others have laboured, and you have entered into their labours.  Now of that city many of the Samaritans believed in him, for the word of the woman giving testimony: He told me all things whatsoever I have done.  So when the Samaritans were come to him, they desired that he would tarry there. And he abode there two days.  And many more believed in him because of his own word.  And they said to the woman: We now believe, not for thy saying: for we ourselves have heard him, and know that this is indeed the Saviour of the world.  Now after two days, he departed thence, and went into Galilee.  For Jesus himself gave testimony that a prophet hath no honour in his own country.  And when he was come into Galilee, the Galileans received him, having seen all the things he had done at Jerusalem on the festival day; for they also went to the festival day.  He came again therefore into Cana of Galilee, where he made the water wine. And there was a certain ruler, whose son was sick at Capharnaum.  He having heard that Jesus was come from Judea into Galilee, went to him, and prayed him to come down, and heal his son; for he was at the point of death.

STAGE SEVEN

DUTY SEVEN: THE ULTIMATE, MOST HOLY FORM OF ANY THEORY IS ACTION. ACTION IS THE WIDEST GATE OF DELIVERANCE. WHERE THERE IS ACTION/MOVEMENT IT SUGGESTS LIFE. LIFE IS A CRUSADE IN THE SERVICE OF GOD.

Practicum: Read Matthew 6:1-34.

Reflection:

It is through faith that we experience the meaning of the world, but our actions give the world proof of who we are. When one performs a great action in the world, it is hard to forget. We should never act without wisdom. Wisdom without action is like a vine without grapes. You have heard it said, "Actions speak louder than words." Action also speaks fewer lies. It is obvious that we cannot do everything we want to do, but we should do everything God wants us to do. Preview your actions. Are you acting or reacting? Is God's will being honored through your actions?

Prayer:
Receive me into Your endless service on High. Amen!

Matthew 6:1-34   Take heed that you do not your justice before men, to be seen by them: otherwise you shall not have a reward of your Father who is in heaven.  Therefore when thou dost an almsdeed, sound not a trumpet before thee, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets, that they may be honoured by men. Amen I say to you, they have received their reward.  But when thou dost alms, let not thy left hand know what thy right hand doth.  That thy alms may be in secret, and thy Father who seeth in secret will repay thee. And when ye pray, you shall not be as the hypocrites, that love to stand and pray in the synagogues and corners of the streets, that they may be seen by men: Amen I say to you, they have received their reward.  But thou when thou shalt pray, enter into thy chamber, and having shut the door, pray to thy Father in secret: and thy Father who seeth in secret will repay thee.  And when you are praying, speak not much, as the heathens. For they think that in their much speaking they may be heard.  Be not you therefore like to them, for your Father knoweth what is needful for you, before you ask him.  Thus therefore shall you pray: Our Father who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name.  Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.  Give us this day our supersubstantial bread.  And forgive us our debts, as we also forgive our debtors.  And lead us not into temptation. But deliver us from evil. Amen.   For if you will forgive men their offences, your heavenly Father will forgive you also your offences.  But if you will not forgive men, neither will your Father forgive you your offences.  And when you fast, be not as the hypocrites, sad. For they disfigure their faces, that they may appear unto men to fast. Amen I say to you, they have received their reward.  But thou, when thou fastest anoint thy head, and wash thy face;  That thou appear not to men to fast, but to thy Father who is in secret: and thy Father who seeth in secret, will repay thee.  Lay not up to yourselves treasures on earth: where the rust, and moth consume, and where thieves break through and steal.  But lay up to yourselves treasures in heaven: where neither the rust nor moth doth consume, and where thieves do not break through, nor steal.  For where thy treasure is, there is thy heart also.  The light of thy body is thy eye. If thy eye be single, thy whole body shall be lightsome.  But if thy eye be evil thy whole body shall be darksome. If then the light that is in thee, be darkness: the darkness itself how great shall it be!  No man can serve two masters. For either he will hate the one, and love the other: or he will sustain the one, and despise the other. You cannot serve God and mammon.  Therefore I say to you, be not solicitous for your life, what you shall eat, nor for your body, what you shall put on. Is not the life more than the meat: and the body more than the raiment?  Behold the birds of the air, for they neither sow, nor do they reap, nor gather into barns: and your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are not you of much more value than they?  And which of you by taking thought, can add to his stature by one cubit?  And for raiment why are you solicitous? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow: they labour not, neither do they spin.  But I say to you, that not even Solomon in all his glory was arrayed as one of these.  And if the grass of the field, which is to day, and to morrow is cast into the oven, God doth so clothe: how much more you, O ye of little faith?  Be not solicitous therefore, saying, What shall we eat: or what shall we drink, or wherewith shall we be clothed?   For after all these things do the heathens seek. For your Father knoweth that you have need of all these things.  Seek ye therefore first the kingdom of God, and his justice, and all these things shall be added unto you.  Be not therefore solicitous for to morrow; for the morrow will be solicitous for itself. Sufficient for the day is the evil thereof.

STAGE EIGHT

DUTY EIGHT:

WHAT IS THE ESSENCE OF GOD? ... THE STRUGGLE FOR FREEDOM!

Practicum: Read John 6:35-51.

Reflection:

Jesus is the Great Liberator. He is the Way, the Truth, and the Life. When we help our neighbor through liberated action, we help ourselves to gain freedom from this world to the Heavenly Mansion. Behind every appearance is freedom. Freedom is to be the ultimate. A man's freedom is his inner worth.

Prayer:
Eternal Loving Father, I place my complete trust in You. I trust You beyond all flesh and reason. I have no fear. It is my sincerity which is the key to Your infinite love. Maintain Your gifts in me. Let my earthly existence be an honor to Your Holy Presence. Amen!

John 6:35-51 And Jesus said to them: I am the bread of life: he that cometh to me shall not hunger: and he that believeth in me shall never thirst.  But I said unto you, that you also have seen me, and you believe not.  All that the Father giveth to me shall come to me; and him that cometh to me, I will not cast out.  Because I came down from heaven, not to do my own will, but the will of him that sent me.  Now this is the will of the Father who sent me: that of all that he hath given me, I should lose nothing; but should raise it up again in the last day.  And this is the will of my Father that sent me: that every one who seeth the Son, and believeth in him, may have life everlasting, and I will raise him up in the last day.  The Jews therefore murmured at him, because he had said: I am the living bread which came down from heaven.  And they said: Is not this Jesus, the son of Joseph, whose father and mother we know? How then saith he, I came down from heaven?  Jesus therefore answered, and said to them: Murmur not among yourselves.  No man can come to me, except the Father, who hath sent me, draw him; and I will raise him up in the last day.  It is written in the prophets: And they shall all be taught of God. Every one that hath heard of the Father, and hath learned, cometh to me.  Not that any man hath seen the Father; but he who is of God, he hath seen the Father.  Amen, amen I say unto you: He that believeth in me, hath everlasting life.  I am the bread of life.  Your fathers did eat manna in the desert, and are dead.  This is the bread which cometh down from heaven; that if any man eat of it, he may not die.  I am the living bread which came down from heaven.

STAGE NINE

DUTY NINE: THE ULTIMATE STAGE OF OUR SPIRITUAL EXERCISE IS CALLED SILENCE. SILENCE MEANS REACHING FOR THE HIGHEST SUMMIT OF ENDEAVOR. WE RESPOND FULLY THROUGH SILENCE. THIS BECOMES AN INDESTRUCTABLE ETERNAL RELATIONSHIP WITH GOD AND THE UNIVERSE.

Practicum: Read Matthew 28:18-20.

Reflection:

Meditate. Enjoy the silent moments listening to the whispers of the Lord, "Who is the same yesterday, today, and forever." (Hebrews 13:8)

Prayer:
I will stand silent so that I may know that You are my God! Amen!

Matthew 28:18-20    And Jesus coming, spoke to them, saying: All power is given to me in heaven and in earth.  Going therefore, teach ye all nations; baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost.  Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and behold I am with you all days, even to the consummation of the world.

Epilogue

Keep a clear focus toward life's end. Remember your purpose and destiny as God's creature. What you are in His sight is His living eternal child, nothing less. Do not let worldly cares and anxieties or the pressures blot out the divine life within you. But permit the living faith of God's Spirit to guide you in your great task of leading humanity to wholeness. When you open yourself sincerely to God, and His plan printed deeply in your being, God will open Himself to you.

Remember that when you leave this earth, YOU cannot take any trappings of power with you. All you can take with you is a fully enriched heart, based on honest service, love, sacrifice, and courage.                                Go to top of page
